Shipping Overview
We offer worldwide shipping for original artworks and prints. Delivery options, shipping timelines and costs vary depending on the size, medium, and destination. Large or fragile works may require special handling and may ship with extended lead times.
Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Originals often require inspection, documentation and specialist packing; please allow additional time for preparation prior to dispatch. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
For small framed prints and photographs we use tracked courier services; larger paintings are usually shipped via white-glove art carriers. Typical transit times:
- Domestic (same country): 3–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
- Oversized / special carriage: quoted per order
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the checkout price and are payable by the recipient. Salechalt will provide commercial invoices that list the declared value for customs.
Insurance & Claims
All shipments are insured for loss and damage in transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging for inspection. Claims must be reported within the timeframe specified in the confirmation email.
White-Glove Delivery
For large-scale or high-value works, white-glove delivery can be arranged. This service includes specialist packing, white-glove transit, and in-home placement where available. Contact us for a quote.
Returns & Exchanges
Delivery terms do not alter our returns policy. If the artwork is damaged or misrepresented at arrival, follow the returns procedure and contact our support team within the published return window.
